Communications Management

Enrollment Marketing Solutions manages the strategy,  planning and execution of communication marketing projects by developing and implementing communications needs assessment and effective communications plans that supports the Mission, Corporate Strategic Plan, Business Objectives and Strategic Initiatives across our clients organization.  We build strong relationships with our client organizations and their stakeholders to understand their business functions and to formulate appropriate communication strategies to achieve both functional and corporate objectives.

We work with corporate communications functions at both the global and regional levels to continuously analyze and improve existing, or develop new channels of communications;  we collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities to consistently communication their messages strategically both internally and externally and this includes identifying relevant messages that relate to the business on a broader scale.

Our services include:

Strategy and Execution – Develop appropriate approaches and plans for project communications based on stakeholder’s information needs and requirements, and available     organizational assets and resources.  This would include:    creating, collecting, distributing, storing, retrieving project information using internal communications tools.

Stakeholder Communications – Identify the people, groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by a project;  analyze stakeholder expectations and their impact on the project, develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution with continuous communications wo understand needs, expectations, address issues as they occur, manage conflicting interests, and foster engagement. 

Cross Functional Leadership – Effectively lead cross-functional work teams/projects using effect communications skills (agile, problem solving, time management, listening) to meet our clients deadlines and deliverables.
